First off, I just want to say that you all are to be commended for the task that you may be taking on! Managing a team is a big commitment of your time, your patience and at times, your pocketbook! Most of you know what you're getting yourself into but for the new managers, let's just say it may be the most trying, tiring but fulfilling thing you spend your "free" time doing!
